They can lose their jobs, families, friends, freedom, creditability and everything else in the time it takes for me to type this sentence.

Listen to how “your thoughts” respond to you. Then write that down and analyze it. Then ask yourself do you yourself truly believe what was said and whether it even sounds like something you would say.
